RouteShare Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") The RouteShare (Location-based Media Platform Service) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service") is a service that allows you, the user of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "User"), to use the RouteShare service (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1: Agreement to these Terms and Conditions; Use by Minors

- If there is a risk of unauthorized use of the User's terminal equipment or account by a third party, the User shall promptly take necessary measures to avoid such unauthorized use.
- The Service shall not be liable for any disadvantages that may be caused to the User (including loss of information posted, registered, or saved by the User on the Service or any other state realized by the Service) due to the loss or misplacement of the User's terminal equipment or account. - The user shall endeavor to keep the version of this application and the OS of the terminal device on which this application is registered up to date. - This service is not supported for use with Internet Explorer.
Article 7 Prohibited Acts
The Service prohibits the following actions by users (including actions that may fall under these items, including having a third party act on behalf of the user) when using the Service. - Use of the Service in a manner that may place an excessive load on the servers, systems, networks, or other facilities used by the Service or otherwise related to the Service.
- Distribution of computer viruses or other actions that cause malfunctions in the implementation of the Service or in the terminal equipment used by the User.
- Actions that may interfere with the use of the Service by other Users.
- Excessive access to the server for the purpose of stopping the service.
- Intentionally providing or disclosing information regarding malfunctions of this service to third parties outside of this service.
- Altering, damaging, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or other similar acts to the program used for this service
- Acts of copying, transcribing, extracting, processing, adapting, transferring, renting, selling, buying, or transmitting the Service or information provided on the Service (excluding, however, secondary use permitted under Article 17, Paragraph 1).
- Commercial activities or preparatory activities using the Service or information provided on the Service (except for those that are minor in scale and reasonable in manner, and other activities deemed appropriate by the Service).
- The Service or third parties' copyrights (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act), patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Intellectual Property Rights"). - Transmission of information for the purpose of dating or indecent acts with a third party with whom one is not acquainted.
- Posting harmful information to youths.
- Acts that induce, solicit, or encourage suicidal or self-injurious behavior.
- Trafficking in methamphetamine, narcotics and other contraband and other illegal drugs, as well as dangerous drugs and other inappropriate drugs, and the dissemination of information that promotes their inappropriate use.
- Religious acts, transmission of information related to the promotion or advertisement of religious organizations, political activities, or political groups, and solicitation of such activities.
- Transmission of information on pyramid schemes or network businesses.
- Transmission of information containing text that constitutes junk mail or spam mail.
- Recommending or soliciting minors to drink, smoke, or gamble, or disseminating other information that may have an adverse effect on minors.
- Transmission of child pornography, cruel expressions, or other information that may cause discomfort to third parties.
- Dissemination of information leading to discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, creed, social status, place of residence, physical characteristics, medical history, education, property, etc.
- Registering unauthorized location information.
- Infringing the portrait rights, privacy, or other personal rights of others.
- Unlawful collection and use of personal information or privacy information of other users.
- Conduct that leads to fraud or other crimes
- Acts that interfere with the provision of this service or damage the credibility of this service and this service.
- Violation of laws and regulations, whether intentional or negligent.
- Acts that offend public order and morals or cause disadvantage to others.
- Failure to comply with warning information or requests for cooperation from local governments, fire departments, police departments, or their constituent organizations, or other equivalent public or private organizations (except in cases where such behavior is acceptable in light of general social morals, such as when there is an urgent and unavoidable reason due to safety needs).
- Other activities that the Service deems inappropriate.
Article 8 Restriction or Suspension of Use
If this Service determines that a User's conduct falls under any of the following, this Service may refuse to allow such User to use the Service, delete all or part of the information registered by such User on the Service (hereinafter referred to as "User Contents"), suspend or restrict such User's use of the Service, or delete such User's account. Article 9 Withdrawal from Membership

- Even after a user withdraws from the Service, the information provided by such user to the Service or collected in the course of using the Service may continue to be retained and used by the Service.
- In the event of the death of a user, such user shall be deemed to have terminated use of the Service. The right to use the Service shall be personal and shall not be subject to inheritance.
- The Service may, at its discretion and without prior notice, delete accounts that are more than one year old since their last access.
Chapter 4 Support and Handling of Information
Article 10 Support Services
- The Service provides services to assist the User in the use of the Service ("Support"). However, the content of such services shall be determined by the Service to the extent it is able to provide them, and the Service shall not be obligated to provide any specific support.

Article 11 Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Service or to third parties who have legitimate authority over them.
- The User shall not reproduce, alter, or publicly transmit any information provided by the Service without consent, or use it in any other way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of the Service. However, this shall not apply to cases of secondary use permitted under Article 13.1 or for private use.
- The permission of the Service to use the Service shall not be construed as a grant of intellectual property rights or any other rights to the User of the Service.
Article 12 Handling of Submission Data
- The User shall be solely responsible for the content of any text, images or other information (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Posted Data") that the User sends or saves to other specified or unspecified users by using the Posting Function. The Service assumes all responsibility for the content of posted data. The Service assumes no responsibility for the content of Posted Data.

- The User may store and accumulate the posted data, and grant the User a free of charge license to reproduce, publicly transmit, translate, adapt, and other rights under the Copyright Law for the purpose of constructing this Service, providing information on this Service, smoothly providing and improving this Service, advertising and promoting this Service and other related services, and cooperating with third parties, in Japan and abroad (including the granting of these rights by this Service to third parties) for an indefinite period of time. Article 13 Secondary Use

- The use of posted data, etc. in the External Media in accordance with this Article shall not be considered a commercial activity as defined in Article 4, even if advertisements are displayed in the External Media.
- When the User displays information provided by the Service on external media, the User may not alter the information, and shall indicate that the Service or a third party designated by the Service is the rights holder.
- In the event that this service suffers damages as a result of the user's use of posted data, etc. on this external media, the user shall compensate this service for the damages suffered and the costs (including reasonable legal fees) required to resolve them, unless this service is held responsible for the damages. In the event that this service suffers damages due to the use of external media, the user shall compensate this service for the damages and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) incurred by this service, unless there are reasons attributable to this service.
Article 14 Acquisition and Use of Information

Chapter 5 Modification and Termination
Article 15 Interruption or Suspension of this Service

Article 17 Compensation for Damages
- In the event that the User violates any provision of this Agreement or causes damage to this Service for reasons attributable to the User, the User shall indemnify this Service for any damage (including reasonable attorney's fees) suffered by this Service. The User shall not assign, change the name of, pledge, hypothecate, grant a license to, or otherwise dispose of to a third party all or part of the User's position, rights, or obligations in relation to this Agreement. In the event that the business of this Service is transferred to a third party, the user's position, rights and obligations under this Agreement, as well as the user's registered matters and other information, may be transferred to the transferee of said business transfer, and the user agrees to such transfer in advance as stated in this Article. The business transfer stipulated in this Article includes not only ordinary business transfers, but also mergers, company splits, and any other cases in which business is transferred.
Article 19 Validity of these Terms and Conditions
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid under any law or regulation, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or revoked in relation to one User, this shall not affect its validity with respect to other Users.
Article 20 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Article 21 Consent Jurisdiction
In the event that a lawsuit becomes necessary between the Service and a user, the Tokyo District Court of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
